As Principal Scientist and owner at Atlantic Resource Co, Roger St.Amand has over 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting fields helping clients complete projects in energy infrastructure, commercial and residential development. Roger specializes in natural resource assessment, environmental permitting, and soil science with extensive experience in wetland mitigation, vernal pool surveys, erosion control, forest soils, onsite waste water engineering and Geographical Information Systems (GIS).

Education: Roger graduated with  a BS in Forestry and Forest Engineering from the University of Maine in 1996,as well as an Associates in Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 1995. 

 Licenses: Roger is a Maine Licensed Site Evaluator , Maine Certified Soil Scientist, and a Maine Licensed Professional Forester.
